Bringing Up HDL

These are HDL graphs of an active 65-year-old male who undertook my specific training protocols. HDL goes up briskly for a year and then flattens out to then fall. Due to travel restrictions he was unable to continue training with me. He continued working out; harder actually. The real story is in the ‘mature’ or HDL 2B fraction (by the way this is the fraction you really want); you will see that after the peak it actually went down; he went on to conventional aerobic and resistance training. Such training does not work as well.
